The buyers need great information, and get it to them in different mediums; don't just use websites. Send them an e-mail. Send them a fax. send them a voice blast. What do I mean by a voice blast, we have all gotten those messages at home that usually start off with a few seconds of silence the says, and that's it. Don't try to sell the whole deal over the phone. They aren't going to listen to it. The main thing taht you want them to know is, there is a great deal, the city it is in and how much profit there is. Where can they go to get information? They go to their e-mail and they find out more. You could even take that a step further and say, "If you need some more information, feel free to call me" and then give your phone number. If you really want to sell your wholesale deal fast, do a joint venture with other wholesalers and other list owners, even with your local real estate investors association.
