FORECLOSURE
Opportunity is tapping this huge displaced homeowner market. they need housing, they want ownership. The investors can fullfill their need for housing by renting to them. And we can get them their want, which is ownership, by being creative. Now one of the ways to be creative is to blend rental and homeownership, with a lease option. we can also look at how we can be more creative. What we really is the bread an butter homes in stable, family neighborhoods. Not get into high price homes right now because we want safe investing where there will be the largest pool of buyers. We are talking about subdivisions that are maybe 20-25 years old and when you drive through it, it just literally looks tired, not rundown, not a war zone, just tired. Still great families live there but they're not putting a lot of money back into their homes. When you drive though you notice things like the gutters needing to be replaced a couple years ago and maybe they are starting to fall away from the house or they are rusted. You look at the garage door an it has a piece of glass missing and they a board there instead of replacing.
