HOW TO MAKE GOOD PROFIT IN REAL ESTATE

The biggest thing you can offer is a big profit. Sometimes it isn't about big profit but about a quick, easy rehab, like paint and carpet. That appeals to a lot of renovators. It's in a great neighborhood with strong sales in the area or maybe it is a great rental area. If you look at this property there is great cash flow. Or what they will be able to offer on the marketplace is the cheapest house.
And with just minor repairs, it will be the nicest house on the market. But you want to be able to show all that and the best way to show it is to provide pictures. That's the best proof. Show pictures of the house, of the repairs that aren't needed. For instance, if you say the kitchen is in a great shape. If you tell them the bathroom ies beautiful, show that beautiful bathroom. Then show them pictures of camp of comps. so right from their desk. This house is very close; it's a tenth of a mile away and it looks almost to the subject property. This is a greaty deal. So it is a valid, comparable sale and that comparable sale is much higher than what you say is in this home now.
