We know that the buyers still exist, but because they realize that they are in a better leverage situation right now, they are looking for great deals. You know what the media is telling them; that there are great deals out there and that they should be looking for them. You don't know why that is falling on deaf ears with investors. Even the media admits that there are great deals out there because of falling housing prices, so you should be looking for those great deals and that is what your buyers are looking for, too.
They are willing to give up their dream home. In other words, are they saying, you looking for this great deal and you will take any kind of house as long as you get a great deal, or they are still looking for their dream home. They're still looking for their dream home because these are still normal families looking to get in and raise their family in a nice home. They're not saying, you live anywhere in any kind of shack. If push comes to shove, they will still want their dream home so that is what you have to deliver.Give them a beautiful home. They're just saying, you want you dream home and you want a great deal.
