Houses are selling but just not at the same rate that houses are going on the market. Do we really care about the marketplace? No, we only care about our on house. If I have one house on the market, I don't care if the other 100 don't sell. I only care if my one house sells. So how do you sell your house? We have to look at the opportunities. First of all, are there any buyers? Yes, absolutely. There are buyers out there; they're just much pickier tha they have ever been before because they know there are great deals out there. So let's focus on the opportunities that are being created. What new opportunities are on the marketplace? i would agree that taking on a major renovation right now is a bit risky unless the profit margins are so huge that you almost can't make a mistake".
