SELLING WHOELSALE DEALS

How do you sell a wholesale deal in any kind of marketplace?, you are going to be financially sefe with any offers you make because my purchase and sales agreement limits your total financial exposure, to just your earnest money. In most cases I don't give earnest money. But even if you do give earnest money, what do you give 200 bucks. The goal here is to make money and not just limit your finacial exposure. You have to sell deals and figure out how to get out of them. make sure there is plenty of profit in the deal. Investors now are looking for good margin.Not just safe so they can get out of deal but once they get in a deal they want to be sure there is enough profit margin so if things take a turn for the worse, there is still enough money for them to make a profit. That is always the foundation of getting properties sold in any kind of marketplace. The most oyu should ever offer on a property is equal to you after repaired value. said a little bit differently, is what will be the future marketable value of you property when the house goes back on the market. minue the rehab necessary to get this subject property up to the selling standars minus buy, sell, and hold costs, and if you wholesale, minus your assigment fee and the minus your investor buyer profit.
